k5e is an entertainment event management platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect through k5e.live and how we use it.

What we collect

When you sign up for the waitlist we collect:

• Email address — to contact you when access opens.
• Name — to personalise that communication.
• Role (performer, host, or both) — to understand our audience.

We do not collect payment information, track your behaviour across sites, or use cookies beyond what the browser requires to serve the page.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Notify you when early access becomes available.
• Send relevant product updates if you have opted in by joining the waitlist.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the site:

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP address, user agent) in transit. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep waitlist data until you request deletion or until the waitlist is no longer needed, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@k5e.live. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
